『Evernote』と連携して使うならおススメのスキャンアプリ

私は『Evernote』を使用して名刺の管理をしています。

Evernoteで名刺を管理していると、画像にして送る自動的にOCRがかかり、日本語検索されるので大変便利です。

私は以前から『Camscanner』を使用してEvernoteに送っていました。バージョンアップ前はすこぶる快適だったのです。

しかし、『Camscanner』のバージョンアップ後は、『Evernote』へのデータの転送に時間がかかったり、そもそもエラーになり転送できなくなりました。

そこで、ずっと改善を待っていたのですがその間に名刺がたまる一方・・・。

そこで『Evernote』と連携する際に、最強のスキャナーアプリを探すためにたくさんのアプリをインストールしたのですが『Genius Scan』が最も便利でした。

便利なポイント

・自動で名刺の切り取り範囲を指定。修正も同一画面で可能。

・取り込む形式がJPG。PDFだと『Evernote』に送ったときに開くのがワンステップかかるため。

・スキャナーアプリのOCR機能は不要。よって要/不要が選択できる必要がある。

・『Evernote』に簡単に転送でき、その際にタグ及び取り込み先のノートが指定できる。

他のスキャナーアプリもたくさんインストールして試したのですが、どれも一長一短で面倒だったのですが、上記の要望をすべて満たしていたのが『Genius Scan』の決め手になりました。

では使い方です。今回は『Evernote』への転送を前提にしています。

Evernoteへの転送の仕方

1.インストール直後の左上の三本線ボタンをタップ

2.さらに左上の歯車ボタンをタップ

3.そうしますと[Export Plugins]の項目に[Evernote]の項目をタップ

4.[Login]をタップします。

5.『Evernote』へのログイン画面が表示されますのでユーザ名、パスワードを入力しログインします。

6.ログインすると『Genius Scan』が『Evernote』へアクセスする許可の画面が表示されますので[承認する]をタップします。

7.そうすると画面がもどります。そこに[Default tags]という項目があります。ここに『Evernote』に登録しているタグを登録しておくと、アップロード時にタグが付いた状態でアップできます。私の場合は「名刺」というタグをつけているので「名刺」と入力します。

8.左上の[Settings]を押して元の画面に戻ります。

9.左上の[Done]をタップして設定を反映します。

10.[Documents]をタップしてカメラボタンがある画面まで戻りボタンをタップします。

11.名刺をおいてシャッターボタンをタップします。そうすると下記のように自動的に切り取り範囲が表示されます。範囲がずれていますが修正が可能です。範囲を正しく設定し右下の[Use]ボタンをタップ。

12.そうすると名刺が切り取られますがカラーにしたり、写真を回転させることができます。その後右下の転送ボタンをタップし転送先に[Evernote]を選択します。

13.転送の際のサイズが表示されますので、OCRのためそのままの画像サイズ[Actual]をタップし送信します。

14.[Tags]と[Notebook]が表示されますので確認します。[Tags]は設定したものが初期値で表示されます。[Notebook]はタップして『Evernote』にあるノートを選択できます。あとは右上の[Send]ボタンをタップして完了です。

『Evernote』と連携するスキャナーアプリはたくさんあります。日々進歩していますので、その時々に応じてよいものがあると思います。
